Play Condition - Restore instrument to optimal playing condition. (General maintenance)
- Inspect all corks and springs replace as needed.
- Inspect and clean pads. Up to two pads replaced as needed.
- Clean all rods and screws.
- Inspect and adjust keys & key action.
- Inspect and clean tone holes.
- Inspect all tenon corks, clean or replace as needed.
- Clean case and perform minor repairs.
- Adjust and regulate.
- Oil mechanism and play test.
Repad - Complete cleaning, repadding and adjusting of instrument
- Disassemble, clean all parts.
- Replace all corks, pads, felts.
- Inspect and replace springs as needed.
- Tighten key action. Repair any binding or loose keys.
- Level flute and Saxophone tone holes, if needed.
- Clean case, repair as needed (parts extra)
- Adjust and regulate.
- Oil mechanism and play test.
Trumpet Flush - General yearly maintenance.
- Disassemble, clean all parts.
- Chemically clean body, slides, and pistons.
- Inspect instrument for damage. Incl. minor assessable dent removal.
- Replace felts, corks as needed.
- Polish mouthpiece.
- Clean case and perform minor repairs.
- Grease & oil ... play test.
